Propolis is a mixture of resinous substance that honey bees collect from tree buds and other botanical sources. Because of its antiseptic and antibacterial properties, bees use propolis to repair and protect the beehive from disease and infection.

Xylitol is a natural ingredient extracted from birth trees. It acts against the bacteriain saliva which cause tooth decay. Xylitol tastes sweet, but it will not be converted in the mouth to decay-causing acids.
