Return and Exchange Policy

All products purchased at MYBFF cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only.

Please note that any man-made damage will not be eligible for exchange.

MYBFF reserves the right to inspect your defective product.

If MYBFF determines that the product is defective, you will be eligible to exchange your product.

To send back a product that is eligible for exchange, please send back the product with the original receipt and original packaging.

Product eligible for exchange must be returned subjected to mode of purchase:

In-store customer: 7 days from the date you purchased the product.

Online customer: 7 days from the date you received your parcel.

MYBFF will not bear any shipping costs associated with the product return for online orders and cost associated re-shipping back to you.

1. In these terms and conditions “we” and “us” mean MYBFF, and “you” means the customer.
2. Your use of the website and placing orders shall thereat shall be deemed to imply your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. All references in the T&C to “we”, “us” shall mean MYBFF and “Goods” shall mean all the products line up/listed in MYBFF website.
